Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation Deluxe Edition Vol 1 To Release This November

Mo Dao Zu Shi has no shortage of beautiful art. From the animated television series to the indulgent comic release, Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian have been immortalized in stunning illustrations that hold fans captive. However, fans are about to see this couple achieve new heights on the cover of the first deluxe edition of the series.

Fans got an early teaser of what the Mo Dao Zu Shi cover art for the deluxe editions would look like in recent months, as Heaven Official’s Blessing has been released in deluxe editions. From stunning embossed covers to beautifully painted sides that make up a large image, these books have left fans of author Mo Xiang Tong Xiu vibrating for the Mo Dao Zu Shi release.

Now, the first volume is available for pre-order and will be released in just a few weeks.

Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (Mo Dao Zu Shi) Deluxe Edition Volume 1 Release Date

According to the information provided on Seven Seas Entertainment’s official website, Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (Mo Dao Zu Shi) will release on November 4, 2025. It will cost $29.99 and can be preordered via the Seven Seas website.

The first book contains the same chapters as the original first volume of the Danmei, introducing Wei Wuxian, Lan Wangji, and their troubled history as they tackle issues both past and present.

Like the Heaven Official’s Blessing deluxe editions, the Mo Dao Zu Shi volumes will eventually create an extended image on the spines of all five editions. The page edges will also be colored, giving each volume a distinctive look.

Readers seeking an excellent, queer-inclusive story will love the adventure found in Mo Dao Zu Shi. Free of many current “romantasy” tropes, this story is plot-first and refreshingly complex. The combination of a gripping narrative and a beautiful love story makes every page a delight.
