Dinghai Fusheng Records Reveals Volume 3 Cover & Its Melting Hearts

While there are plenty of Danmei releasing this fall season, one that has caught particular attention during 2025 has been the translation of Dinghai Fusheng Records by Fei Tian Ye Xiang. Set in the same world as Legend of Exorcism, Dinghai Fusheng Records follows two men thrown together in an attempt to stop calamity from destroying the world.

The second volume of the series, which sets up the events that will transpire in the third book, was released on August 26, 2025. The cover is absolutely stunning, with art provided by Artist 苍顾行. This beautiful work continues to the third novel, where Cheng Xing and Xiang Shu are seen holding hands surrounded by purple foliage.

Intimacy Increases in Volume 3 of Dinghai Fusheng Records

The cover reveal for Volume 3 of Dinghai Fusheng Records, which has been shared on the Seven Seas Entertainment Twitter account, depicts Cheng Xing and Xiang Shu standing on a wooden set of stairs with a beautiful scene of leaves around them. They are holding hands, looking at each other as they each clasp matching ribbons.

The breakdown for the third volume teases trouble in Jiangkang, the capital of the Southern Jin Empire, where the heroes find themselves while searching for a safe place to hide.

Their journey is growing dire, as Chen Xing continues to sacrifice his own life to power the Heart Lamp that drives away darkness. Xiang Shu must discover a solution that won’t cost Chen Xing’s life, but nothing is looking safe for the pair as they battle against Demon God Chiyou.

Dinghai Fusheng Records Volume 3 Release Date

The third volume of Dinghai Fusheng Records will be released on December 16, 2025. It is available to pre-order now on the Seven Seas Entertainment website for $19.99. This Danmei does not currently have a special release cover variant, but fans can check out the Manhua currently releasing in tandem with the light novels.
