Noel calls himself the face of Moonlight Peaks, but I’ve yet to see him in any of the promotional material. He’s Fiona’s brother, Sabrina’s cousin, Luna’s more distant cousin, and the town’s wand-repair warlock when he’s not fishing or flirting, occasionally both at once.
Noel is a big fan of mana-infused everything, plus Diamonds and the occasional big fish. Unusually for this town, flowers are actually a bad gift for him, worth knowing before you reach for the obvious romantic option. He responds well to being called out on the bravado rather than just being flattered along with it, and he covers awkward moments with more charm rather than less.
He’s looking for someone who’ll stick around after the routine wears thin. In this guide, we’ll break down all of Noel’s gift preferences, his heart events, and the best answers for each encounter.
Noel’s Gift Guide

Below are all of Noel’s gift preferences in Moonlight Peaks. If you have a Diamond, some Mana Chocolate, or a bottle of Mana Wine, you’ll be in good shape. Skip the flowers, unusually for this town, he’s just not that into them.

All Heart Events For Noel in Moonlight Peaks
Noel’s rarely hard to find, he’s usually wherever there’s an audience. Below are Noel’s heart events and the conversations you can have with him. We have bolded the best answers for each interaction during events.
One-Heart Event
A Live One (and The First Date)
To start Noel’s first heart event, find him any time after reaching your first heart with him. He opens with the full cheesy charm offensive, “a live one,” the works, and it’s clearly a well-worn routine.
Dialogue Choices:
- Push back on the routine,
- “You’re pretty confident, aren’t you?” (“What can I say? I rise to the occasion, especially when the company’s this intriguing.”)
- “Yeah… right.” (“Doubt me if you must, but I’ll win you over in no time!”)
- When he pushes for an official first date,
- “I like the sound of that. It’s a date.” (“I knew you’d come around! Get ready for a night you won’t forget, darling.”)
- “Slow down there, Romeo.” (“Slow down? It’s dinner, not a proposal. Well, if you change your mind, I’m always ready.”)
Two-Heart Event
The Wrong Foot
Noel admits he came on too strong initially and wants to reset things, right before Fiona’s sister Sabrina catches him hitting on you again and shuts it down hard.
Dialogue Choices:
- Take the reset at face value,
- “Fair enough. Let’s start fresh.” (“Starting fresh, huh? I can do that. I came on a little strong last time, didn’t I?”)
- “Which foot was that?” (“Oh, the charming one, of course!” Same admission follows.)
Three-Heart Event
Disappearing Act
Noel’s pet owl Hoodini has gone missing again, and he’s trying to play it cool while clearly panicking, listing off everything he’s already tried (favorite treat, grooming spell) with no luck.
Dialogue Choices:
- Offer to help,
- “We’ll find her. I promise.” (“Thanks, {Player}. Really. I was pretending not to panic, but you just saved me from having a breakdown.” He suggests checking the Graveyard, since Hoodini has a weird fondness for haunted places.)
- “She probably just wanted a little adventure.”
Four-Heart Event
The Real Noel
Noel invites you somewhere quiet, Hoodini providing comic relief with an endless stream of hoots the whole way there.
Dialogue Choices:
- Respond to the invitation,
- “Yeah, can’t wait! I’m on my way!” (“You’re here!”)
- “All right, all right, I’ll go.” (same warm welcome follows either way.)
Five-Heart Event
A Spellbound Meadow
Noel conjures an entire meadow of your favorite flowers as a surprise, needing to know your preference first (tulips, roses, azaleas, or plumerias, purely a matter of taste) so he can get the spell exactly right.
Dialogue Choices:
- Once he’s finished and explains he wanted something just for the two of you, respond,
- “I love you.” (“And I love you. Always.” He suggests making this a standing tradition.)
- “You’re such a sap, Noel.” (“Hey, I only get sappy for you. Consider yourself special.”)
Six-Heart Event
Bite Me, Pretty Please (and Can You Bite Me?)
Noel raises the idea of becoming a vampire to share your world completely, framing it as wanting to belong to the same world as you, not just stand near it.
Dialogue Choices:
- When he actually asks,
- “If this is truly what you want… then yes.” (“Really? You’ll do it? Thank you. You have no idea what this means to me. Let’s meet at the Crypt tonight.”)
- “Maybe take a little more time to think it through.” (he takes it well: “You’re right. It is a lot. I don’t want to rush something I can’t undo. I’ll bring it up again when I’m ready.”)
- On a later visit, he checks in again: “remember that whole biting me conversation?” Respond,
- “Yeah, I remember.” (“I’ve been thinking about it. More than I probably should admit… The truth is, I’m sure. I want this, with you.”)
- “I do. It’s a big step.”
After reaching Heart Level three in Moonlight Peaks, you will be able to hug Noel, and starting from Heart Level Four, you can ask him out on dates, which also enables kissing. It is possible to lose hearts by doing badly on dates or giving hated presents. However, if you don’t give him a Black Rose (or any other flower, which is all disliked, not loved, for him specifically), you should be headed in the right direction.
How to get married in Moonlight Peaks
Once you hit eight hearts with someone, a proposal option shows up at the end of a date.
If the other person says yes, you’ll be able to set the wedding date on the spot, which then logs itself on your calendar. You can swing by Third Eye Threads the next day for white wedding attire if you want to dress up, though the game won’t force you into it.
On the day itself, the ceremony kicks off the moment you wake up.
Marrying locks you into monogamy. Anyone else you were dating drops to a heartbroken “hurt” status capped at four hearts, and your new spouse gets two more hearts to earn with you.
How to break up in Moonlight Peaks
To break up or get a divorce, you’ll need to speak to Llemi.
When you’re ready, head to his place in the Pink Grove (you’ll need Luna Bay unlocked first) and tell him you want out. Sleep through the night and your ex is back to being a regular friend by morning.
If you’re hoping to remarry after, budget the time: you’re starting that climb back to eight hearts from scratch.
Still here? Good.
