Cinnabunny Gift Guide – All Bun Preferences & Recommended Gifts

One of the most engaging – and challenging – things about Cinnabunny is the robust gifting system. Each bun has various flavor preferences, which you must learn and combine to create the perfect baked good. This requires a good bit of trial and error, plus some serious notetaking.

Some buns are happy with just a few preferences, but the choosiest critters have higher standards. While the guesswork is part of the fun, sometimes, you just want a little help giving the perfect gift. That’s where our Cinnabunny gifting guide comes in. We’ve tested out each bun’s flavor preferences and found combinations they’ll love – and now we’re passing that knowledge on to you.

Why Gifting Matters in Cinnabunny

Giving the perfect gift is the primary way to unlock new recipes in Cinnabunny. So if you’re tired of the same old flatbread or want to branch out to pastries, it’s essential to get that look of shocked delight from a new bunny friend. Each time you do, you’ll unlock a new recipe type along with the tools you need to make it.

Giving gifts is also the quickest way to increase your relationship with each bunny in the local community. You will earn some relationship points from daily interactions, but like many cozy games, gifting is where it’s at.

How to Gift Baked Goods in Cinnabunny

Once you get the Gift Wrap tool, you’ll be able to gift baked goods to your fellow buns. Dawn will gift this to you early on, once you introduce yourself.

When you want to gift a baked good to a specific bun, equip the Gift Wrap tool. Then, interact to talk to the bun. You’ll see the list of available baked goods in your inventory and can choose the one to hand over.

How to Keep Flavor Preference Notes

Each time you gift a baked good to your bunny friends, they’ll offer some feedback about how they liked it. Feedback generally falls into a few key categories, which you can track in the Villager Info tab of the main menu.

After you get feedback, open up the menu. Then, head to the relationships tab and find the name of the bunny you want to record information on. Click on them to open up the notebook.

From there, you can toggle the different tabs to create the note you want. You can note likes or dislikes, for the categories of flavor, baked good type, and shape. When you make your note, hit “save” and “add” to log the recording. That way, you can return to your log next time you want to try and give that particular bun the perfect food. Over time, you’ll hone in on the perfect baked good for each and every bun in the community.

Gifting Guide

Taking notes on each community member’s baked good preference is part of the fun of Cinnabunny. That said, some of those rabbits are picky, and it can be hard to hit the right combination. So, we’re sharing our notes to help you if you’re stuck trying to befriend a local bun.
