Whether you are just taking your first leap into digital or you are looking to upgrade your studio with a professional-level option, picking the right drawing tablet can be an overwhelming task. Thankfully, this holiday season, there are numerous new options on the market – and many are on excellent sales.
To help you find your perfect match, we have ranked some of our favorite drawing tablets of 2025 for artists of any skill level. Anyone looking for a deeper dive can follow the linked tablet names for the hands-on reviews we have done of available models.
Wacom Intuos Pro

The Wacom Intuos Pro has held its place as a mainstay device by the drawing tablet developer for years. My first tablet was a much older Intuos Pro model back in 2013. However, the 2025 edition is a completely different beast from the options of the past. Sporting a super-thin profile, Bluetooth, dial controls, and compatibility with the stunning Wacom Pro Pen 3, this is an affordable entry-level tablet at a much higher sensitivity than the Wacom One 14.
The Intuos Pro comes in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. We have had the chance to look at the small model that comes in at a delicate 8.5″ x 6.4″ of active drawing space. While the device may be small, it is mighty. This tablet is fantastic for illustrators, photographers, and 3D modelers. Screenless tablets do take some getting used to, but the Intuos offers so much, especially to those who have worked with similar tablet styles for most of their lives.
In addition to this, the Intuos Pro’s Wacom Pro Pen 3 comes with the customization kit. This includes a stand, extra nibs, multiple comfort grips, and different hot key button plates. This allows artists to truly custom-fit this excellent pen to exactly what they need.
Currently, the Wacom Intuos is on a Holiday sale for the following prices:
- Small – $219.95 instead of $248.95
- Medium – $329.95 instead of $379.95
- Large: $429.95 instead of $499.95
XPPen Artist Ultra 16 14K OLED Drawing Tablet

Our favorite wired-in drawing monitor is on an incredible sale for Black Friday this holiday season, and those who go to grab it won’t be disappointed. The XPPen Artist Ultra 16 has it all – Two Pro Styli, 4K resolution, an OLED screen, and an included Bluetooth remote. This is easily the prettiest and most vibrant monitor tablet we have tested, with 16k pressure sensitivity on either stylus for extremely accurate drawing.
Despite the specs and accessories this tablet is packing, it is a fantastic price for the holidays. Typically priced at $899.99, those looking for a professional monitor can currently grab it for $683.98. This is a great deal, and one more than worth investing in.
This is currently our at-desk monitor of choice. Its 16″ profile makes it great for smaller desk setups, but it doesn’t feel cramped or pinched. It’s an incredible device, and I don’t see myself swapping for anything different any time soon.
Wacom Movink Pad Pro 14

I have been gushing about the Wacom MovinkPad Pro 14 since its release. This is my tablet of the year for more reasons than I could possibly list in this recommendation. Fully portable, the MovinkPad Pro 14 isn’t just an Android tablet for sketching on while in class or on the go. This is a fully equipped, portable drawing studio. While it isn’t sporting 4k resolution, its stunning OLED display is leagues above the original Movink tablet. It is kitted out with the Wacom Pro Pen 3, 8,192 levels of pressure sensitivity, and Android 15. Add to it the 256GB expandable storage and the 12 GB of RAM, and this tablet just sings.
The MovinkPad Pro 14 isn’t just a tablet; it’s professional-grade artistic freedom in a 14-inch space. When in use, the response of the stylus, the lack of lag, and the crisp images it can produce are beyond anything I have seen in any other fully portable tablet. It’s not cheap, but if you are drawing for a living, this tablet will completely change your life, and it is worth every single penny.
The Wacom MovinkPad Pro 14 isn’t currently on sale for Black Friday, but if you want to gift yourself or blow a loved one out of the water, it’s worth it, and still less expensive than an iPad. Currently priced at $899.95, we highly recommend it.
Alternatively, the MovinkPad 11, which is a bit smaller without the OLED screen, is currently on sale for $399.95 instead of $449.95. If you are looking to test out a portable tablet, or are looking to gift to a younger artist, you will get similar quality at a fantastic price.
XPPen Magic Drawing Pad

When it comes to versatility at an incredible price, the XPPen Magic Drawing Pad pulls no punches. For those who are hesitant to drop the money on a MovinkPad Pro 14, this Magic Drawing Pad is for you. At half the price, artists get a stunning high-resolution screen, 16k pressure on the X3 Pro Pen Stylus, and a fantastic paper-like screen.
I absolutely love my Magic Drawing Pad for sketching, on-the-go storyboarding, and life drawing. The slightly smaller screen makes it a great option for those in school who need to tuck it into a bag, and it comes with a case with a built-in pen holder, ensuring the device is protected and that nothing goes missing.
The combination of 8 GB of dedicated RAM and Android 14’s smooth operating system ensures that artists get everything they need while they are traveling. It stands toe-to-toe with Wacom for a budget price, and is a great option for new or seasoned artists craving portability. The only hit it takes in comparison to the Movink is the slightly smaller size and 4GB less ram.
Currently, the XPPen Magic Drawing Pad is on sale for $349.99 instead of $499.99. Making it a great option for a gift this holiday season.
Huion Kamvas Pro 24 4K UHD Drawing Tablet

The Huion Kamvas Pro 24 4K UHD Drawing Tablet is the only option on this list that we haven’t personally tested here at Bonus Action, but it should be included for the discount it is currently offering artists looking for a massive drawing space.
The Kamvas Pro 24 comes in with a stunning 4k drawing space and sleek design. Its stylus offers a standard professional baseline of 8192 pressure levels, and the tablet is coated in anti-glare.
For the size of the tablet and its specs, its current sale price of $879 instead of $1,299 is fantastic, and perfect for fans of the Huion brand and those who might need a big drawing space at a reasonable cost.
