How to Unlock All Weapons & Armor in Moonlighter 2

Andrei the blacksmith has recipes for every Moonlighter 2 weapon and armor piece, and he is willing to work, but most of his crafting list is locked, and the game never tells you what unlocks each item.

You find out by finishing a quest and noticing something appeared, or by walking into a miniboss room and picking up a recipe you did not know existed.
