Samael’s almost always behind the bar at The Broken Lamp. Below are Samael’s heart events and the conversations you can have with him. We have bolded the best answers for each interaction during events.

One-Heart Event

The Cool Breeze

To start Samael’s first heart event, visit The Broken Lamp at any time after reaching your first heart with him. You’ll catch him tossing a very drunk Orlock out onto the street.

Dialogue Choices:

After the commotion dies down, Samael asks if you’re here for a drink
- “Maybe I came for you.” (warm reaction: “Is that so? … How sweet. … Maybe I’ll see you in there.”)
- “Just passing through.” (distant reaction: “I won’t keep you, then. Stay out of trouble.”)

After reaching Heart Level three in Moonlight Peaks, you will be able to hug Samael, and starting from Heart Level Four, you can ask him out on dates, which also enables kissing. It is possible to lose hearts by doing badly on dates or giving hated presents. However, if you don’t give him a Coin, you should be headed in the right direction.
