Aras runs Third Eye Threads in Moonlight Peaks, the town’s tailor shop, and is one of three Khazan seer siblings alongside Dragan and Alina. Unlike his brother, Aras deliberately avoids using his own seer powers; he’d rather not know his own future in advance. What he can’t avoid is being a perfectionist about his craft, and he is, famously, his own harshest critic.
Aras is a big fan of hearty soups and stews, plus Diamonds and Golden Eggs. He can tell when you’re just being nice about something; seer-family instincts don’t fully switch off, and he responds much better to honest, specific feedback than empty reassurance. He also likes Red Azaleas, if you’d rather bring flowers than food.
Underneath the perfectionism and the constant self-critique, Aras genuinely wants someone who’ll engage with his work honestly instead of just telling him what he wants to hear. In this guide, we’ll break down all of Aras’s gift preferences, his heart events, and the best answers for each encounter.

All Heart Events For Aras in Moonlight Peaks
Aras is almost always at Third Eye Threads. Below are Aras’s heart events and the conversations you can have with him. We have bolded the best answers for each interaction during events.
One-Heart Event
Threading the Needle
To start Aras’s first heart event, find him at his shop any time after reaching your first heart with him. He’s mid-meltdown over a garment he’s convinced is a disaster, and admits he sometimes “senses” who’s approaching before he sees them, so don’t be surprised if he already knew it was you.
Dialogue Choices:
- Give him your honest read on the piece,
- “I don’t like the colors.” (“Yes! Yes, you’re right. The colors are completely wrong!” He admits his creations usually “sing” to him, but this one echoes back his worst ideas.)
- “I think it’s… nice?” (“You’re just saying that to be nice.” Same spiral follows.)
- Once he’s decided to scrap it entirely, offer,
- “Maybe try it with some other fabrics?” (“That’s it! I need to start from scratch.” (Death wanders in mid-conversation asking for a record player, gets turned down gently, and leaves just as confused as he arrived.))
- “It’s not THAT bad.” (“You’re just being kind. This is beyond salvageable!” Same scrap-and-restart follows.)
- When he apologizes for dragging you into it,
- “It’s okay, really!” (“You’re too kind, really. You’ll be pleased to know that I’ll do better.”)
- “Apology accepted.” (same relief follows either way.)
Two-Heart Event
Soup for the Sick
Aras has worked himself sick after a chaotic week (five custom outfits, all at once), and he’s coughing through an apology for looking terrible while clearly moved that you came to check on him.
Dialogue Choices:
- Greet him,
- “Thought I’d check in on you.” (“That’s so sweet of you. It’s nice to see a friendly face, even if I feel like a mess.”)
- “You look awful!” (“I know, I know. Not my best look, huh?”)
- Offer to help,
- “Would you like some soup?” (“Something light would be perfect… You’re a lifesaver.”)
- “How about some tea?” (“Tea would be amazing, actually. You’re a lifesaver.”)
- Once he’s feeling a bit better, respond,
- “I hope that helped a bit!” (“It did, it really did. Thank you, {Player}. I’m starting to feel a little more like myself.”)
- “Need anything else?” (“You’re too kind. Honestly, I’m fine, really… just a bit tired.”)
- When he wonders aloud if his perfectionism is what’s wearing him out, reassure him,
- “Your designs always look great!” (“Thank you. I appreciate that! Maybe I’m overthinking things.”)
- “Have you tried another process?” (“Not really. I always work until it’s perfect, no matter how long it takes.” Same admission follows.)
Three-Heart Event
Late Nights at the Tailor
You find Aras hunched over a commission at an hour nobody should be sewing, insisting he wants it perfect before tomorrow’s deadline.
Dialogue Choices:
- Rather than leaving him to power through alone, offer,
- “Mind if I keep you company?” (“You really don’t have to! But… if you’re up for it, I’d appreciate the company.” He admits that even on foggy-headed nights like this, something still feels missing.)
- “How about some coffee, then?” (“I’m usually not a coffee person… but it sounds like a lifesaver right now.” Same admission follows.)
- Once he admits his focus is shot, push back gently:
- “Then don’t force it.” (“I guess you’re right… Pushing through won’t help at this point. I’d rather come back with a clear head.” He says it’s good having someone around at this hour, and that “we make a pretty good team.”)
- “Happy to help anytime.”
Four-Heart Event
Late Night Stroll
Aras catches you out for a walk and asks to tag along, using it as an excuse to talk about how his best work happens when he stops forcing perfection (the jacket he scribbled on a napkin at dinner turned out better than anything he’s labored over).
Dialogue Choices:
- When he asks if you’ll join him,
- “Yeah, I’d love a stroll.” (“I appreciate that! I always get inspired after a stroll. Helps me order my thoughts.”)
- “Sure, if the company’s right!” (“I can assure you it will be!”)
- As the walk wraps up and he walks you home, respond,
- “I had a great time tonight.” (“Right? We should definitely do this more often!”)
- “That’s moving a bit fast for me…” (he backs off immediately and respectfully: “Oh… If you’d rather walk alone, I understand.”)
Five-Heart Event
Blanket You With Love
Aras hand-knits you a blanket in your favorite colors with no pattern, just working from memory of your smile and your laugh while he made it. For a guy who obsesses over precision, letting this one be entirely from feeling rather than technique is the tell that it’s not just another commission.
Dialogue Choices:
- Once he unveils it, respond,
- “I love it, Aras! It’s beautiful!” (“You have no idea how happy that makes me. I didn’t follow a pattern or anything, just picked up the yarn and started… I was thinking about you the whole time.”)
- “It’s so thoughtful, thank you!” (same warmth follows either way.)
Six-Heart Event
Custom Creations
Aras makes you a custom piece that leaves him more nervous than usual, admitting it says what he can’t. While you’re both admiring it, Kim shows up asking him for a festival outfit too, and he visibly hesitates given how badly overwork has hit him before.
Dialogue Choices:
- When he asks whether he should take on the extra commission,
- “Only if you feel up for it.” (“I’ll think about it. I don’t want to take on more than I can handle.”)
- “Go for it, Aras. You got this!” (“Alright, {Kim}, I’ll see what I can do.”)
Seven-Heart Event
Bite Me, Pretty Please (and Can You Bite Me?)
Aras has been having recurring dreams about becoming a vampire alongside you, down to designing capes just to picture it. He frames it as something that feels inevitable rather than sudden, and eventually gets to the real ask: sharing a coffin, and a future, that’s truly yours together.
Dialogue Choices:
- When he first brings up the dreams, check in with him:
- “Are you certain about this?” (“Yes, I’m sure. I’ve thought about it more times than I can count… I want us to have a future that’s truly ours.”)
- “It sounds like something you truly want.” (same certainty follows either way.)
- Once he actually asks you to turn him,
- “I’d love nothing more, Aras.” (“I hoped you’d feel the same. Thank you, {Player}. It means everything to me.”)
- “It’s a big decision… I need to think.” (he’s patient about it: “I understand completely. It’s not a choice to make lightly. I’ll give you all the time you need.”)
After reaching Heart Level three in Moonlight Peaks, you will be able to hug Aras, and starting from Heart Level Four, you can ask him out on dates, which also enables kissing. It is possible to lose hearts by doing badly on dates or giving hated presents. However, if you don’t give him a Coin, you should be headed in the right direction.
How to get married in Moonlight Peaks
Once you hit eight hearts with someone, a proposal option shows up at the end of a date.
If the other person says yes, you’ll be able to set the wedding date on the spot, which then logs itself on your calendar. You can swing by Third Eye Threads the next day for white wedding attire if you want to dress up, though the game won’t force you into it.
On the day itself, the ceremony kicks off the moment you wake up.
Marrying locks you into monogamy. Anyone else you were dating drops to a heartbroken “hurt” status capped at four hearts, and your new spouse gets two more hearts to earn with you.
How to break up in Moonlight Peaks
To break up or get a divorce, you’ll need to speak to Llemi.
When you’re ready, head to his place in the Pink Grove (you’ll need Luna Bay unlocked first) and tell him you want out. Sleep through the night and your ex is back to being a regular friend by morning.
If you’re hoping to remarry after, budget the time: you’re starting that climb back to eight hearts from scratch.
Still here? Good.
