Witchy Cooking Game & 2D Platformer Magical Delicacy Reveals Release Date

Kitchen witches, cozy gamers, and fans of 2D platformers have something enchanted to look forward to in the upcoming game Magical Delicacy.

This wholesome, spellbinding adventure game from the publisher of cozy delights like Botany Manor and APICO, has revealed its release date.

Embark On a Delicious, Enchanted Adventure with Magical Delicacy

Publisher Whitethorn Games and developer sKaule revealed that we’ll be able to get our hands on Magical Delicacy on July 16, 2024.

They’ve also dropped an exciting new announcement trailer to get us hyped, featuring some cameos from the townsfolk and delightful gameplay clips. Not to mention the very important information that we can, in fact, pet the dragon.

In Magical Delicacy, gamers will be able to step into the shoes of Flora, a young witch working to hone her magical skills. She travels to the town of Grat, known for being full of adventurers in need of delicious food and magical potions.

Magical Delicacy combines many beloved features of cozy gaming with platforming elements. As Flora, gamers will gather ingredients and learn new recipes through gardening, taking on quests, and interacting with the local townsfolk.

The game also features an extensive cooking system that gives players creative flexibility as they work to fulfill customer orders. And yes, of course, we get to upgrade our equipment and optimize our kitchens.

While we hone our cooking prowess, we’ll also go on a magical journey through the linear storyline of Magical Delicacy, unlocking the mysteries of Grat and the people who live there. Oh, and let’s not forget the 2D platformer elements as we explore the town and unlock new routes & abilities.

Magical Delicacy will be available on PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, and Xbox at launch on July 16. it will also be available from day one via the Xbox Game Pass subscription. This gives gamers plenty of options to explore this magical world on the platform of their choice.
