Graveyard Keeper 2 Cooking Guide – All Recipes & Ingredients

I didn’t expect that running a graveyard in the backyard would mean running a restaurant in the kitchen in Graveyard Keeper 2. And yet, here we are. Graveyard Keeper 2‘s cooking system is generous with its dozens of dishes, a real Kitchen Oven vs. Kitchen Table split, and quality tiers that quietly triple your output if you know which star of onion to throw in.

This guide lists every recipe, every ingredient’s actual source, and every unlock laid out so you stop microwaving cabbage soup out of sheer despair and start cooking like someone who’s mostly got their life together.

How to Unlock Cooking in Graveyard Keeper 2

Early on in Graveyard Keeper 2, you’ll likely notice that munching berries and mushrooms doesn’t quite restore your stamina to its full potential. That’s where cooking comes in. To get cooking, you’ll need to repair the broken oven and kitchen counter in your house.

To fix your kitchen area, you’ll need Building Mastery 3. This isn’t too hard to get, as you’ll build up your building prowess by chopping trees and mining rocks to clear out your graveyard. You also need the following items to complete the repairs:

• Broken Oven: 2 Pieces of Stone
• Broken Kitchen Counter: 2 Wooden Planks (crafted at the Workbench)

To actually use the oven, you’ll also need to build a Firewood Shed inside your house, using the blueprint near the bedroom area. After you repair each piece of kitchen equipment, you’ll automatically unlock a few recipes that use each. From there, you can use the Cooking Tech Tree to unlock additional recipes.
