PowerA is a household name for most avid gamers. Offering well-made, Nintendo-certified controllers in a range of styles and formats, there is usually something that will fit everyone’s needs.
Now, PowerA controllers have taken console gaming a step further with the Overpowered series. The v1 and v3 Pro offer a range of features that won’t be found on other controller options.
Tactile Mechanical Switches And Bright RGB Bring The Controllers To Life

The PowerA OPS v3 Wireless Controller is loaded with incredible features for “professional-grade gaming performance”, according to PowerA’s breakdown.
The v3 controller uses tactile mechanical switches for all buttons, including the bumpers, and Hall Effect sensors are present in the triggers and analog sticks. Additionally, the analog sticks can be height customized using the Quick-Twist option, offering comfort perfect for individual hand sizes.
The OPS v1 is a wireless controller that combines excellent build with powerful wireless and Bluetooth capabilities. While not as decked out as the v3 Pro, it comes at a more affordable price bracket and is designed for new or casual gamers.
Both controllers come outfitted with the highly customizable Lumectra RGB lighting that sits on the faceplate and around the buttons and analog sticks.
The OPS v3 Pro will cost $99.99 and the OPS v1 will cost $49.99, and pre-orders live now on PowerA.com, Amazon, Gamestop, Best Buy, and other participating retailers.
