Infinity Nikki, the open-world dress-up RPG that hit 10 million downloads in four days, has big plans for 2025.
Released in December 2024, the game dazzled with fashion, exploration, and a record-breaking trailer reveal. But not everything sparkled.
Developers at Infold Games have dropped a New Year’s resolution list that reads like a love letter to their players – Purifying Orb aim fixes included.
Infinity Nikki Devs Promise Big Changes for 2025

When Infinity Nikki released, mobile players wrestled with lag, crashes, and poorly performing Purifying Orbs. Still, the developers seem to have taken notes, not just from bug reports but from millions of player suggestions.
“You’ve asked, and we’ll deliver” the Infinity Nikki devs assured in their January 9 news post.
Their 2025 fixes promise smoother aiming for Purifying Orbs, along with better collision detection, and a more forgiving experience on uneven terrain. Mobile optimization got a nod too – Huawei users can finally look forward to fewer pixel explosions during gameplay.
The “frustrating” Whimcycle controls that had players swerving off course also get a fix. Two new joystick modes will finetune the experience, and falling in water will no longer make your ride vanish. This will come in really handy while you’re on your way to 100% your materials compendium.
But that’s just the start. Here’s a quick round of other fixes:
- Tutorials are getting a makeover, aiming to reduce confusion and keep players engaged from the first step into Miraland.
- Outfit recommendations, a fan-requested feature, will soon let stylists auto-apply high-scoring ensembles for challenges.
- On PC, custom keybindings are on the way, while the mini-map tracking system gets a clarity boost.
- Even photo enthusiasts have reason to cheer: vertical shots and group poses with Momo are under development.
Infold Games knows optimization isn’t glamorous, but their promises paint a future where Infinity Nikki players can shine brighter, explore smoother, and stress less.
