As a longtime Pathfinder and Dungeons & Dragons player with a lot of long-distance friendships, I know my way around a virtual tabletop. I’ve used D20, D&D Beyond Maps, and Foundry, to name a few. They’re all great tools, but sometimes, you want something with a little less of a heavy lift. Enter Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked. This is part virtual tabletop, part video game, infused with the lore of Dungeons & Dragons. I’ve been playing the game since its November 2025 release, and have fallen in love with its unique hybrid of Demeo playstyle and D&D lore. If you’re looking for a fun, fast-paced, DM-free experience that comes really close to the joy of playing D&D IRL with friends, Battlemarked is hard to beat. That’s why I’m excited to share the news that the game’s first brand-new campaign chapter since launch has arrived.
At launch, Battlemarked offered two full-length adventures and a handful of one-shots. Since then, it’s gotten some free updates with new playable characters and one-shots. But today marks the first true new campaign installment since the game’s release. Campaign III: Twilight’s End is the first premium adventure DLC for Battlemarked, and it’s available now for PC, Meta Horizon, PlayStation, and the game’s brand-new platform, Xbox. The update will be making its way to Switch 2 in the near future, as well. So, what can we expect from Twilight’s End?
Battlemarked Launches First Premium Adventure DLC: Campaign III: Twilight’s End

As its name suggests, this new DLC introduces a brand-new campaign for players to dive into. The new story builds upon the first two campaigns, Embers of Chaos and Crown of Frost, taking players through to the final battle for the fate of Faerûn. This marks the epic conclusion of a story that began late last year when the game first launched. In it, players will encounter the dire consequences of prior events, returning to familiar lands, now forever changed. Longtime D&D fans will once again get to experience virtual tabletop renderings of iconic locations, including the Silver Marches, Neverwinter Wood, and Icewind Dale.
You can get a thrilling first look at the latest adventure, as well as the art style and vibes of Battlemarked, in the Campaign III trailer below:
As you can see, Battlemarked brings players into a 3D virtual tabletop environment, complete with unique minis for each character and enemy. Animations and full voice acting bring your spells and attacks to life, making for an immersive yet authentic experience that feels like a tabletop adventure brought to life. Now, there’s even more to enjoy thanks to the new DLC. Campaign III: Twilight’s End costs $9.99 on all platforms and adds a brand-new story adventure suited to 1-4 players.
Today also marks the Xbox debut of Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked. The base game and DLC are now finally available for Xbox Series X|S. And thanks to the game’s cross-play capabilities, Xbox gamers can join with their friends who are already enjoying Battlemarked on other platforms. The base game costs $29.99 USD and is available for PC, PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, Meta Horizon, and now Xbox.
