To upgrade your home in Moonlight Peaks, you will need to visit Ridge at the Howling Hammer. He handles all upgrades to your home and tools. The Howling Hammer is located to the right, over the bridge, when you leave your farm and head into town.

The upgrade will require you to clear enough room ahead of the expansion, and you will need to have the required goods in your bag. It is good to check that everything is in order before heading to the Howling Hammer.
