How to Increase Your Stamina in Moonlight Peaks

One of the biggest challenges early in Moonlight Peaks is having enough stamina to do everything you need to. Almost everything in the game, from plowing to planting and beyond, costs stamina. And when you start out, your stamina bar is pretty limited. Worse yet, as a vampire, not all food does much to restore your strength.

Thankfully, there is a way to permanently increase your stamina in Moonlight Peaks. Unfortunately, it takes some time to get there. Our guide is here to walk you through how and when you’ll be able to increase your base stamina, so you can get more done without the need to snack on valuable recipes you could sell instead.

How to Permanently Increase Your Stamina

To permanently increase your stamina bar in Moonlight Peaks, you need to find the glowing red crystals in the game. These are not the same as Rose Quartz, which is a pink gemstone found in caves. The glowing red crystals float in midair, and they’re only accessible after a certain point in the story. Interacting with these crystals will permanently increase your stamina bar.

In our experience, the first time you’ll be able to find these glowing red crystals is when you unlock Mermaid Form. Once you can swim across the waters of Moonlight Peaks, at least two of the crystals will be accessible to you, letting you expand your stamina twice. The third stamina crystal is available in the Cave of Echoes and can only be acquired once you have Bat Form.

All Red Stamina Crystals in Moonlight Peaks & Where to Find Them

Here are the red stamina crystals we’ve found so far and how to get them. Each one will permanently slightly increase your stamina bar.

On your farm, on an island to the left of the small beach	Unlock Mermaid Form, then swim across the water on your farm to locate the crystal.
In the Pink Grove, near the water below Llemi’s house	Unlock the Pink Grove, then walk up the stairs to grab the crystal
In the Cave of Echoes near the center, across a chasm	Unlock Bat Form, then fly across the chasm in the main central area of the cave
