Get Ready to Fall In Love – Fields of Mistria’s First Major Update Adds New Heart Events, Dialogue, and More

Farming sim Fields of Mistria might be in early access, but the polished world and in-depth characters make it easy to forget there’s more to come.

And yet, the developers have big plans ahead for what’s next, including more heart events, marriage, and festivals. They recently announced the official release date for the first big update since Fields of Mistria launched in early access, and we’re here to bring you the details.

Fields of Mistria Will Get Its First Major Update This November

The team behind Fields of Mistria just shared a huge Early Access Roadmap update via X.

The first big content update for Fields of Mistria will drop on November 18 – just one month away for anyone who’s counting! This is exciting news for fans of the game, especially those who’ve more or less reached the end of the currently available content.

For players who’ve hit the current 4 heart cap with our romanceable character of choice (March, obviously), I’ve got exciting news! More heart events are among the planned additions for this first major update.

On top of adding 6 Heart events for dateable NPCs, the update will bring more dialogue options for all of our favorite Mistrians. We will also see new enemies and drops in the mines, more board requests and renown rewards, and a brand new festival!

For those who love decorating their home space and avatar, this update will also add plenty of new cosmetics. There will be additional home upgrade options, more player and animal cosmetics, and more furniture items.

There’s also a mysterious “…and more!” at the end of the announcement, which probably means bug fixes and quality of life, but which I choose to interpret as possible surprises along the way.
