The Nintendo eShop Blockbuster Sale kicks off on September 4th and runs until September 9th at 11:59 PM PT. That’s just about a week to save on a wide variety of 60+ discounted titles for the Switch and Switch 2. Sure, you’ve got deals on your Resident Evil Requiem and Red Dead Redemption. But here at Bonus Action, we’re all about the cozy games. So I’m here to round up some of the best cozy game deals in the Nintendo Blockbuster sale. Here’s hoping you find something great to settle in with for less.
Disney Dreamlight Valley – Honeyglow Woods Edition

Disney Dreamlight Valley is the go-to cozy game for Disney fans. It’s a life sim that lets you befriend all manner of beloved Disney characters, from OGs like Belle to newcomers like Wreck-It Ralph. This version of the game offers both the base game and the recent Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack starring Winnie the Pooh and friends. If you’ve yet to buy DDV but have it on your list, this discount is a great way to get the base game and a little extra content for a lower price. Lower than the typical price of the base game on its own, in fact.
Unfortunately, the sale price doesn’t extend to the recently released Switch 2 edition of the game. However, the upgrade pack for Switch 2 is free, so you should be able to get the enhanced version of the game after you purchase the Switch 1 edition. Cult of the Lamb: The One Who Waits Edition

If you like your cozy games a little bit on the spooky side, Cult of the Lamb needs to be on your list. It’s got adorable graphics and an unsettling premise where you become the lamb leader of your very own cult. This version of the game is the most comprehensive yet, including the base game and all 5 DLC. That’s the original Cult of the Lamb story, plus 4 DLC content packs and one massive expansion. If this one has been on your radar, now is a great time to snag the full game at a discount.
The Cult of the Lamb doesn’t have a dedicated Switch 2 edition. So, the sale price gets you the original Switch version of the game, with no upgrade path. That said, the game is verified to run on Switch 2 via backwards compatibility. It just won’t have any new bells and whistles compared to the Switch rendition. Grab it for 40% off on the Nintendo eShop while you can.
Little Kitty, Big City

What’s cozier than being a little kitty in a big city? Well, what if said little kitty could also wear adorable little hats? In this game, you explore an open sandbox world full of other animals to help and potential chaos to create. You’ll complete various quests as you slowly try to work your way back home in this wholesome game that was a breakout hit when it released back in 2024.
Little Kitty, Big City released for the OG Switch, and still doesn’t have an enhanced Switch 2 edition. It’s playable on both platforms, with verified Switch 2 backwards compatibility. If you haven’t had a chance to experience this one yet, you can get it for 40% off on the Nintendo eShop through September 10th.
Dave the Diver

I’ll admit it: restaurant management sims are my absolute favorite cozy games. Yes, I love a good farming sim, but it’s all about serving delicious dishes and unlocking new recipes for me. That makes Dave the Diver one of my favorite games on Switch to date. It combines some mild pixelated violence under the sea (fishing, but with the occasional gun or knife fight involved) with restaurant management. And I, frankly, can’t get enough. The game’s recent In the Jungle expansion adds full-on farming sim elements, with a full village to befriend alongside the fishing and restaurant gameplay.
What I’m saying is, getting this game for just $11 is frankly a steal. Both the Switch and enhanced Switch 2 editions of Dave the Diver are 45% off on the Nintendo eShop right now. They are priced the same, so you’ll pay just $11 regardless of which version you grab. If you like a little adventure RPG and restaurant sim management action, this is a definite must-have game on the Switch.
