Spirit City: Lofi Sessions Reveals Cozy Kitchen DLC Release Date & New Spirit

When Spirit City: Lofi Sessions announced the Cozy Kitchen DLC, we couldn’t get enough of those cozy cooking vibes. The productivity game with a spirit-collecting vibe is already in my heavy rotation, but adding a cozy kitchen space will make it even better. With the initial teaser trailer, we knew it was coming this year, but not the exact date.

Now, Mooncube Games has not only revealed the official release date for the Cozy Kitchen DLC but also shared another brand-new spirit! That means we’ve now seen two of the three new critters we’ll be able to collect when the DLC comes out next month. As if we needed another reason to open up Spirit City: Lofi Sessions before getting to work, cute new pals to find will certainly give us one.

Spirit City: Lofi Sessions Cozy Kitchen DLC Arrives March 6th

As revealed today alongside a new teaser trailer, the Cozy Kitchen DLC for Spirit City: Lofi Sessions will be released in just over a month on March 26th. In their post, Mooncube gave us another preview of those comfy kitchen vibes along with a brand-new spirit.

The new DLC will bring a new space for players to personalize, along with new kitchen-themed activities. The updated trailer shows off an adorable bento box before panning over to reveal Squire Sprout. This new spirit is a carrot in armor, looking tough yet adorable as it wields a sword. If you need a reminder, we previously got a look at Capybun, a little capybara who enjoys hanging out in warm places like your latest pot of soup. That means one more surprise spirit is waiting to be revealed when the expansion arrives.

Much like finding spirits in our current space, unlocking these new companions will likely require specific combinations of activities and vibes. With new kitchen activities like meal prepping and baking on the way, my bet is those are the key to meeting the new spirits.
