New Pokémon Squishmallows Marill & Dragonite Make Naptime Adorable

The Pokémon Squishamallows crossover has given fans of the series numerous adorable plush pillows to nap with, but the two newest additions to the lineup can’t be beaten.

The Pokémon Squishmallows collection currently features fan favorites like Pikachu, Gengar, Piplup, Teddiursa, Togepi, and Snorlax. Ranging in size, they have been the perfect expansion to plushie collections, sitting beautifully next to the Build-A-Bear collaboration stuffed animals and plentiful dolls and snugglers found on the Pokémon Center store. However, the newest additions are going to blow Pokémon Squishmallow enthusiasts out of the water.

Dragonite and Marill Debut as Pokémon Squishmallows

As revealed by the official Pokémon Twitter/X account on April 30, 2024, Marill and Dragonite have debuted as Pokémon Squishmallows. These two adorable naptime buddies can be purchased on the Pokémon Center store as 12″ plushes for $29.99, or in various sizes at participating retail stores.

Pokémon plush crossovers are an exciting opportunity for fans of the franchise to expand collections. The Squishamllows in particular are of excellent quality and can be used as decorations or as regular pillows thanks to their dense stuffing and soft fabric. While they don’t sit as well as the Poké Plush collection and aren’t as portable as some of the Comfy Friends, they are a great item for fans of any age looking to add some Poké-pizzaz to their living spaces.

Currently, the Dragonite 12″ Pokémon Squishmallows are out of stock on the Pokémon Center website. Like Gengar, the Kanto Dragon-type is a very popular pick. Fans looking to grab this cute pillow will want to check back on the website regularly or visit local retail stores like GameStop, Target, and Walmart, where the plushes often go on sale.

Hopefully, fans of this crossover collection will be able to snag Marill and Dragonite and have them ready to go for the Pokémon World Championships this summer. There are few better ways to watch intense battles than from inside a pile of snuggly, Pokémon Squishmallows.
