Tinker Bell has remained a beloved character of the Disney franchise since her debut in Peter Pan. Now, the Tinker Fairy has come to Disney Dreamlight Valley via the Wishblossom Ranch DLC.
While not the first character you meet, Tinker Bell is an early unlock in the DLC storyline, and she needs help saving Wishblossom Ranch alongside Snow White. Players will need to team up with her and offer some assistance in gathering up Pixie Dust if they want to stop Cruella de Vil.

Where to Find Tinkerbell in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Tinker Bell is located inside the Giant Wishblossom after entering the Heart during the “Tales of a Broken Heart” quest that is part of Snow White’s unlock quests.
Players will need to use their horse to remove red crystals growing on the roots of the Giant Wishblossom, and free Tinker Bell. She will then ask for assistance in gathering Pixie Dust from dead Wishblossom plants.
How to Find the Crystal Key
As part of Snow White’s quest, players will have to help Tinker Bell by locating a Crystal Key in the Wishing Alps.
Before players can continue on with Tinker Bell’s quests, they will need to return to the Ranch and complete a few smaller tasks. The first will be chatting with Scrooge McDuck.
Scrooge will take players across a bridge to another obstacle, which can be removed after players reach Bond Level 2 with their horse. This will allow players to push heavier objects.
Cross the bridge to meet up with Scoorge, Goofy, and Remy. Goofy will explain that he saw a glow from the cave nearby, and he will lead you to it.
How to Complete “Wheel Big Trouble”
Unfortunately, the Crystal Key is locked behind a new obstacle. Goofy’s caravan. His wheels have fallen off and are now scattered all over Wishblossom Ranch. To get to the key, players are going to need to find each wheel and repair the caravan.
Two wheels are locked behind quests. The other two need to be fetched from where they were lost.
Wheel #1 – Fish in the Waters south of Wishing Way
The wheel will be in a Golden Fishing Spot in the area marked above. Ignore any other colors if you want to save time.
Wheel #2 – Dig near the entrance to Delver Dale
The next wheel is a bit tricky, as it is by an entrance that doesn’t look anything like it would lead to Delver Dale. The exact location is marked on the map above.
Here, players will see a wheel protruding out of the dirt. Dig it up to add it to the inventory.
Wheel #3 – Remy Quest “Equine Delicacies”
For this quest, Remy is going to ask the player to grow 10 random seeds. The seeds are provided, but the player will have to wait around 10 minutes before they can harvest the crops.
Once the crops are ready, feed your horse the special salad Remy has made.
Once this is done, open Chez Remy and speak to Remy again. He will gift you a pot lid to stand in for a functioning wheel. Use your crafting station to create a wheel from the pot lid and the salvaged rim.
Wheel #4 – Scrooge McDuck Quest “Water Tower of Terror”
Scrooge McDuck’s request is a bit more cumbersome than Remy’s. Players will need to fix the town’s water tower before they can open up shop. This is going to require a few crafting materials. These include:
- 5 Pixie Dust – This can be harvested by breaking old Wishblossom bushes.
- 5 Pebbles – If you don’t already have them lying around, they can be found by digging in the dirt with a shovel.
- 5 Reclaimed Wood – We have found around broken-down buildings in Wishblossom Ranch.
- 3 Old Braided Rope – Fishing anywhere outside of fish ripples in the water.
- 5 Silver Ore – Found while mining ore nodes in Wishblossom Ranch areas.
Collect all of these items to repair the water tower. Once this is done, speak to Scrooge McDuck and reopen his shop. He will offer up a nice new wheel for your efforts.
After completing every step above, head back to Goofy and chat with him to fix his caravan.
Head up the path to the Ranch Highlands and start the search for a glowing cave. Up in the Highlands, the weather will be much worse, and visibility is impacted.
Where to Find The Glowing Cave & Crystal Key in Disney Dreamlight Valley Wishblossom Ranch
The Crystal Key can be found in a cave to the upper left of the Ranch Highlands. Enter the cave and interact with the glowing yellow disk on the wall. Picking it up will unlock a stable upgrade, and activate Tinker Bell’s next quest.
How to Complete “Crystal Cavern: Wishing Alps” Quest in DDV
To get started on this quest, return to Tinker Bell at the Wishblossom Heart cave and give her the Crystal Key.
After speaking with Tink, she will tell you she needs to stay put at the Heart, and the pathway forward will become available as a set of stone stairs appear over the gap. Head over the stairs to continue.
In the next room, players will see two wooden platforms on the floor. Push the large box onto the first platform to open the door halfway. Then, step on the other wooden platform while mounted on your horse to open the door the rest of the way.
Follow the pathway down to an elevator. Step on the platform and interact with the level to be lowered down.
How to Find and Unlock Maximus
After following the pathway, you will locate another large Wishblossom that is being injured by Decay Crystals. They will need to be removed to continue forward. They are in the following locations:
- Follow the path to the left and take the elevator up to remove the first crystal.
- Through the first door, take the elevator down and move the block onto the wooden platform. Then, go back up the elevator and walk around to stand on the opposite platform while on your horse to open the door. Go through the door to destroy the next Decay Crystal.
- In the final room, go around the stone path to access the block and push it onto the wooden platform. Then you will need to stand while on your horse on the other platform. Open the door and go inside to take care of the final decay crystal.
After removing the crystals, speak with the Wishblossom again. This will unlock Maximus, who can jump large gaps like the one in the cavern.
This will complete “Crystal Cavern: Wishing Alps”.
How to Complete “The Decay of Fashion”
Unfortunately, rescuing Maximus isn’t going to be enough to save the Ranch. In fact, there is another Crystal Key players are going to need to go and find. Take Maximus back to the Wishblossom Ranch to get started.
To get to Glamour Gulch, players will need to take some time to reach Friendship Level 3 with Maximus so that he can jump the gap to the new area. This is a great time to brush, pet, and spend time with your new mount.
This can take a bit of time, but we do have a quick hack for leveling Maximus quickly.
Once you have hit level 3, talk to Snow White for the next step. She will take you to the bridge that Maximus must jump in order to access Glamour Gulch. After reaching the other side, follow the tire tracks on the ground.
The tire tracks will lead players to the edge of the Quarry, where they will need to do some searching in order to get the next clue to Cruella’s location.
