When first getting started in Date Everything, Dorian cements himself as an automatic friend. This might seem frustrating, but the work this sentient door puts you through for a romance is absolutely worth talking to every single door in the house.
Dorian is not at all easy to romance. In fact, if it’s your first playthrough, it might be tricky to figure out how to have more than a scolding conversation with him. However, the secrets to romancing this household hunk are all hidden under a rug. Literally.

How to Find Dorian in Date Everything
Dorian is every single door in the house. However, the one you’ll want to chat with to romance is trap Dorian, who resides under the rug in the office closet. This can be accessed right from the start of the game if you know where to look. Otherwise, he’s easy to miss until much later in the story.
How to Get The Love Ending With Dorian
To get the love ending with Dorian, you must speak to all 17 doors in the house twice. This will award you the “Total Dork” secret achievement.
We found that we had to speak to every door in the house twice for it to count. The initial conversation didn’t count. All the doors are as follows:

- Bedroom Door
- Bedroom Closet Door 1
- Bedroom Closet Door 2
- Bedroom Bathroom Door
- Gym Bathroom Door
- Gym Door

After doing this, speak to Front Dorian to confess your feelings and cement the relationship with a love stamp.
How to Get The Hate Ending with Dorian
This is currently in progress, but being unkind to Dorian after unlocking the ability to talk to him for a romantic pursuit is the most likely way to get this ending.
