Gamers who haven’t gotten the chance to try out Tiny Bookshop will be able to order a physical version for PS5 and Nintendo Switch early next year. Developed by Neoludic Games and released on Switch and PC back in August, Tiny Bookshop tasks players with managing a small bookstore in a fictional town filled with eager customers.

Tiny Bookshop has been met with warm reviews for its simple, relaxing gameplay and cozy atmosphere. It even won the 2024 Patch Game Award for Anticipated Gem ahead of its release earlier this year, as well as Games for Impact at Gamescom 2025. We at Bonus Action also gave it good marks, especially after an update patch added many quality-of-life improvements not too long after launch.

Tiny Bookshop To Get Physical Release On April 10, 2026

The developers at Neoludic announced that a physical version of Tiny Bookshop is on the way via X. It will launch on April 10, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in collaboration with Silver Lining Interactive. Bonuses for this physical edition include a digital soundtrack and a special Tiny Bookshop-themed bookmark for your own book collection. Pre-orders are now available through Silver Lining Direct and local retailers.

For those who aren’t familiar with Silver Lining Interactive, it has also handled physical releases for smaller titles like the soulslike deck builder Death Howl and Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, both of which also launched to positive reviews earlier this year.

Tiny Bookshop isn’t as dark or action-packed as these previous offerings, but it still provides an interesting and cozy gameplay experience for anyone looking for a more soothing title to bring in the new year. PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch owners who prefer physical media to digital downloads will be able to add Tiny Bookshop to their shelves this coming April.
