Spirit City: Lofi Sessions Winter Wonderland Update Makes Productivity Festive

Whether or not you’re ready to say goodbye to spooky season, the winter holiday months are upon us. And for many of us, that means decorating for our favorite winter holidays.

The developers behind productivity game Spirit City: Lofi Sessions have already announced a holiday gift that will let your avatar get into the holiday spirit as well. An upcoming Winter Wonderland update will bring plenty of comfy cozy decor options and avatar items so you can celebrate while you focus on daily tasks.

Winter Themed Decor and More Coming to Spirit City: Lofi Sessions

The Winter Wonderland update for Spirit City: Lofi Sessions will release on November 20, 2024. Like the jam-packed goodness of the Halloween update before it, this new installment delivers plenty of exciting additions for new and longtime fans of the game.

The seasonal update will bring new holiday items for player avatars and rooms, including an adorable reindeer, festive Christmas tree, Menorah, and plenty of delictible holiday treats. I know I love hot chocolate and sugar cookies this time of year, so it’s nice to know my Spirit City persona can partake as well.

While we haven’t gotten too much of a look at the new avatar items just yet, it’s clear they’ll be able to cozy up in warm knit hats while looking out on a snow-covered scene thanks to new window backgrounds.

Oh, and you didn’t think an update to Spirit City wouldn’t include new spirits, did you? Sure enough, there will be a new spirit with this update, although we haven’t quite gotten any sneak peeks into what it might be just yet.

Along with all of these visual and gaming updates, we’ll also see a new Holiday playlist to fit the season. Even though I’m still listening to the spooky sounds on repeat, I’m sure the new holiday vibe will be perfect for my post-Thanksgiving pivot to the winter holiday spirit.

The free update will be available to download on November 20, and we’re likely to see more sneak peeks before then. So stay tuned and get ready for hot cocoa and twinkly lights!
