Spirit City: Lofi Sessions Announces Magical Library Expansion With New Spirits & Room

As the summer is heating up, there is no better way to keep yourself on track on a sleepy August afternoon than with Spirit City: Lofi Sessions. This adorable, soothing simulation game is the ultimate idler, and we have been fans for years. This makes the announcement of the new Magical Library expansion that much more exciting.

The new expansion, which was announced on July 13, 2026, will bring new spirits to the game, as well as a new room. Players will have the opportunity to fully customize their own little library space, complete with new wardrobe additions and special mechanics.

Spirit City: Lofi Sessions Brings Magic to the Library

In a new social media post shared by Spirit City: Lofi Sessions‘ official account, it was revealed that the Magical Library expansion is now available to wishlist on Steam.

At this time, the official release date has not yet been revealed, but the expansion promises to introduce new Spirits as well as the ability to fully create your own dream library.

Spirit City: Lofi Sessions has introduced numerous expansions since its original release in 2024, and has celebrated crossovers with other cozy creators like LofiGirl. One of our particular favorites has been the Enchanted Garden, which introduced a stunning garden space early in 2026. This has been such a lovely place to spend time while working or spending time at my desk in the evening.

Those who would like to check out Spirit City: Lofi Sessions have an incredible opportunity to grab the game while it is on sale for $5.99 until July 23, 2026. The full expansion bundle is also on sale for $31.82 and includes every addition for the game.
