Hello Kitty Island Adventure Tool Guide – All Blueprints, Quest Requirements & Uses

While most cozy adventurers are used to juggling a watering can, pickaxe, and shovel, Hello Kitty Island Adventure tools are more numerous and don’t come with a base set. This means players are going to be on a hunt to fill out their tool belt.

Oftentimes, when Hello Kitty Island Adventure introduces a new tool to players, it is done by running into an object or roadblock that can’t be interacted with. These hurdles won’t tell you what you need, or how to get it. Players will have to try and guess what could be used, and which island residents might be in charge of coughing up the blueprints.

While some of these tools will be given up with minimal fuss, like the camera, others will require the completion of numerous quests and could take days in real time to acquire. The Snorkel is the perfect example of a high-maintenance gadget.

In this guide, we will go over how to unlock every tool, how to craft it, and what it can be used for.

How Many Tools are in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

There are 12 tools in total in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. This includes:

• Camera
• Crystal Sensor

All Tools & How to Unlock Them

You will unlock recipes for many useful tools as you explore the resort. If you’re curious how to get a specific item like a snorkel or fishing rod, here’s when each one unlocks and how you’ll get it.

With each tool, you’ll need to unlock the crafting plans, and then collect the appropriate materials to make each one yourself. While you can’t craft before you have the recipe, you can certainly collect supplies with the help of our guide. That way, you’ll be ready when you unlock each tool’s crafting plan.

How to Get Blank Books in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

To get Blank Books, players can craft them or obtain them via chests. The recipes for Blank Books at the crafting station include:

• x3 Refined Paper = 1 Blank Book
• x3 Lotus Blossom = 1 Blank Book

How to Get Dye Pouches

The easiest way to find Dye Pouches in Hello Kitty Island Adventure is by opening treasure chests.

You can also use the Recycling Plant located in the Rainbow Reef to create Dye Pouches out of plant material.

How to Get Fabric in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

To get Fabric, players can open treasure chests or craft it a the Crafting Station. Unlike other treasure chest items, Fabric is a relatively low drop, so we recommend crafting it.

Fabric can be made from:

• Coconut
• Thread
• Lotus Blossom

How to Get Spark in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

To get Spark in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you will need to begin Pochacco’s Level 3 Friendship Quest “A Zipline Adventure” to get the crafting recipe.

Once obtained, players can craft Spark for x3 Light Stones.

Spark can also very rarely be found in Treasure Chests.

How to Get Feathers

To get feathers, give daily Friendship gifts to Pekkle. The number of feathers given will depend on how well-liked the gift is.

How to Get Gizmos in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

To get Gizmos, you will need to gift Chococat daily Friendship Gifts. The number of Gizmos you get will depend on how well-liked the gifts are.

How to Get Mechanisms

To get Mechanisms in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you will need to craft them using Gizmos. They can also be found inside Treasure Chests.
