Like many things in life, I was a smidge late to the K-Pop Demon Hunters craze. But after the Instagram algorithm (correctly) decided I’d enjoy it, I finally sat down to watch the Netflix movie. Naturally, I was hooked, and I have the Spotify playlist to prove it. So when I learned that Kayou was launching a line of collectible trading cards centered on K-Pop Demon Hunters, I knew I needed to check them out. I was impressed with the quality and variety of the initial lineup, which features a fun mix of unique card designs showing characters and scenes from the Netflix original.
Now, Kayou has expanded the options with a brand-new line of Mini Collectible Cards to give K-Pop Demon Hunters a new way to collect and show off their faves. They were kind enough to send me a sample of the new mini cards, along with one of the acrylic display cases that accompanies the latest line. The Special Mini Edition of the K-Pop Demon Hunters collectible trading cards offers an adorable, bite-sized version of the standard cards. Launched alongside new wearable card-holders, they’re a portable way to show off your best pulls.
What to Expect from Kayou’s New Mini Collectible K-Pop Demon Hunters Cards

If there’s one thing I love, it’s mini versions of things. So I was suitably delighted when I unboxed the new mini card collection. While the box itself isn’t that much smaller than the standard K-Pop Demon Hunters Classic Edition Collector Box, the booster inside was a different story. The cards and accompanying booster packs are about half the size of the standard trading cards. In other words: adorably tiny to pull out of the box and open. The Special Mini Edition boosters include 3 mini cards, plus a bonus card to enjoy.
Like the standard cards, they’re printed in both vertical and horizontal formats. The cardstock is thick and durable, and they’re printed with a glossy finish that really fits the K-Pop theme. And did I mention they’re tiny? Despite the small size, the artwork still manages to capture iconic moments and characters from the series in full, stunning color. I pulled a scene from the movie, along with a special Mira card. Two of them are horizontal, film scene-style cards, while the other is a vertical, profile card focused on the character. You can get a look at the mini-card designs and comparison to standard trading card size below:

The Mini Edition features 5 rarity tiers, with a total of 41 different card types to collect. They’re available online from Kayou directly, or via select trading card retailers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and GameStop. One booster pack is priced at $3.99 USD and includes 3 mini cards.
Kayou Debuts New Ways to Display Your K-Pop Demon Hunter Card Collection
Along with the Mini Collectible Cards release, Kayou has unveiled a new lineup of ways to display your favorite cards. I can easily imagine a K-Pop Demon Hunters enthusiast putting one of these perfectly sized mini-cards into the wearable holders to show off their fandom. Though perhaps still a bit bigger than your average statement necklace, the mini cards are small enough to make a wearable format work. But if you prefer the larger cards, the new acrylic frames offer a fun way to show those off as well. I received a sample of one of these, which is a dynamic, multi-piece display that fits one standard-sized K-Pop Demon Hunters card:

The quality of the frame is solid overall. It definitely feels like it’d hold up to a younger fan wrestling their favorite cards into it. Putting the card itself into the magnetic display case was pretty straightforward. But I will say, getting the pieces into their slots on the stand was a bit tricky and required a little bit of elbow grease. But the final result is a fun display piece that will be right at home in a K-Pop Demon Hunters-themed bedroom (or, let’s be honest, in my nerd-centric office). Along with the version I received, there are additional holders for the new mini cards, plus a wearable lanyard to take your favorite pull on the go.
The new K-Pop Demon Hunters Mini Collectible Cards are now available in the U.S. alongside the standard-sized cards. You can also buy the first series of acrylic cases for standard and mini-sized cards, plus the new wearable holders, from Kayou and participating collectible retailers.
