How to Find Dirk/Clarence in Date Everything
To find Dirk in Date Everything, you must interact with the laundry hamper in the laundry room. After completing Harper’s storyline, players can find Clarence in the dresser drawers or closet upstairs.
How to Get the Love Ending with Dirk
As stated above, Dirk’s storyline is involved with Harper’s. This means you will be working on his romance alongside hers. You will get the first opportunity to speak with him alone during Harper’s third encounter, but this will be marked as Dirk’s first encounter.
The key to Dirk’s romance is to get him to leave Harper.
First Encounter
When you start this encounter, Harper and Dirk are fighting again. It’s becoming a normal thing.
This time, you’ll be left with Dirk,
- You really deserve better than this.
- You sound like you could use a good listener about now.
- Do you resent Chappy?
- Is it true you ignore her when you’re clean?
- Are the good times really worth all the bad ones?
- She sounds lovely…
- Where is she now?
- So maybe Harper makes you feel like, for better or worse, she’s giving you something more than just love?
Second Encounter With Dirk / First Encounter With Clarence
After finishing Harper’s storyline, go upstairs and open the dresser drawers or the closet. Interact with the clean laundry inside.
Not much is required for Clarence to offer a love ending relationship… as long as you don’t judge who his new partner is.

- Are you seeing anyone now?
- Wait expectantly
- So you two are… a thing?
- Hell yeah.
How to Get the Friends Ending With Dirk/Clarence
Do everything for the Love ending, but respond to the last question with “Why don’t we be friends?”
How to Get the Hate Ending With Dirk/Clarence
Do everything for the Love ending, but respond to the last question with any option that pokes fun at or insults the lover revealed in this sequence.
